Delicious Chicken Salad-Salad


  1. 1 rotisserie Chicken
  2. 2 Stalks of Celery
  3. 1/4 an Fuji Apple
  4. 1/4 of 1 Whole Red Onion
  5. 1 Bunch of Grapes
  6. 2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
  7. 1 Cup of Mayo ( Or Less )
  8. 1 good squirt of Lemon
  9. Optional (craisins) I recommend
  10. Optional (sliced almonds) I recommend
  11. Salt & Pepper to taste



Chop the onion, apple, grapes and celery


Chop the chicken ( I like to leave the skin)


Add all the food items to the bowl.


Add the mayo and dijon with a squirt of lemon


Lay it over a bed of lettuce and enjoy 🙂
