Ingredients:
- 1 rotisserie Chicken
- 2 Stalks of Celery
- 1/4 an Fuji Apple
- 1/4 of 1 Whole Red Onion
- 1 Bunch of Grapes
- 2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
- 1 Cup of Mayo ( Or Less )
- 1 good squirt of Lemon
- Optional (craisins) I recommend
- Optional (sliced almonds) I recommend
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Chop the onion, apple, grapes and celery
Chop the chicken ( I like to leave the skin)
Add all the food items to the bowl.
Add the mayo and dijon with a squirt of lemon
Lay it over a bed of lettuce and enjoy 🙂
