I love smoothies! I love yummy smoothies!
Make sure you have a decent blender or something like a ninja. You want the texture to be pretty smooth.
- 1 Cup of Kiefer
- 1 Cup of blueberries
- 6 Strawberrys
- 1 Handful of raw spinach
- 1 scoop of Raw Super Food
- 2 Packets of Stevia
- Blend, blend, blend!!!
